Nice recording! This is one of my all-time favourite songs and she does it justice :D And I've been noticing how much her semi-operatic vocals sounds so much like Sharon from Within Temptation! It's almost scary! I was kind of disappointed that the latest Live EP did not contain any oldies :(

Her voice is obviously very different from Tarja's, but I love both of them, nontheless. I think she's doing an amaing job with the older songs; she's bringing a new excitment to them. Her voice is difference, and clear. I like it.

I've seen many videos of this performance... But in this one, it doesn't sound like she trips over the lyrics in the beginning at Moonlight waters...

I wonder how come everyone doing nasty comments on Anette's voice, are from latino-american countries. No offense to the ones who actually talk respectfully about them, but these people in South America are mostly so friggin' ignorant. Ignorant, with no manners and always making fools of themselves.

Ok, maybe I was wrong, but you must admit there's a fair amount of them or maybe it's just the others who use English to express themselves, but I think the incident in Belo Horizonte might be a proof as well. Now, I'm not denying the fact there's plenty of people there, who really like her. I'm sure of that. It's just that, maybe, the NUMBER of them is greater in those places. OR their hatred, cause (again, no offense intended), I've never read such rude stuff from other people.

well...I think that is a bit of a racist comment. I don't like Anette's voice for the older songs of nightwish. she has a lot to work on.Three things are her tone,pitch, and breath control. That is just the start. I think she is wonderful on the new stuff..but as far as the older..well...I have said my thoughts.

I haven't exactly mentioned people's thoughts and opinions, but the WAY they put it. It's alright to complain about some renditions of Anette being not so bright as expected. It's alright to say she doesn't have such a brilliant breath support or that sometimes she might sound strained or harsh. But I was talking ESPECIALLY about those saying these things in a rude manner, I've read things like "my dog sings better" etc and those comments are not only rude, but also ignorant.
