Thank you... I call that move the flying extended butterfly. I have this move in my online lessons. You need to be extremely comfortable with the half handspring and extended butterfly..you get the momentum to spin by pushing off with you inside leg and kicking out and up with you outside leg.

What kind of pole do you have? I just recently bought a black lil mynx static pole and have been having the worse problem with grip. I don't know if it's because I am used to brass poles or what but everyone told me that stainless steel was the worse for grip.

This vid was shot back in Feb so this pole is my old one. A platinum stages chrome and the grip can really vary depending on temperature. I had some days where it was almost impossible to do anything. I now have a x pole chrome and the grip is great!! The finish on the x is far better than P.S. like silk. Best pole ever!!!

Their customer service is great too. P.S gave me the wrong pole too. I order bass. So I just stuck with what I got.

This is a great video for every range of poler - you demonstrated a perfect blend of simple moves (for beginners) and still added enough advanced moves for those further along.
