tough job. First of all they should fire the light man. because of the instable lighting you simply have no chance of focusing at the stage. So, only 2 tips for your effort.: use a tripod; it is too difficult to try to keep the cam steady for 10 minutes.
2nd, since you are at a fixed distance from the stage, perhaps try and disable the autofocus. when the lighting then changes the camera doesn't start searching for focus.

So, it turned out A LOT darker than my origional video. im gonna see what i can do to lighten it...
