@TheBoiFlip actually hops can be taught bruh. high jumpers are taught how to jump in high school and college. Jumping is about technique and core. And all high jumpers have great technique and a great core. So from this comes great leg strength. thats why they can get their heads above the rim. Shannon Brown of the La Lakers was a high jumper in high school. #thatisall
