Hey I have a CB350F and I need to sync the carbs, I have everything but the brass extensions, I plan on just making them instead of buying them being a machinist, Could you give me the dimensions of them? Length of the Short and long ones, and The internal diameter of the hole through it if possible. Threads aren't a problem i'll match them to the plugs on my bike. Thanks a bunch (:
You've done it all wrong. You need to first adjust the screw on the valves so they show the same reading. Look at the start you can see the needle on the second gauge is way off the white box, same goes for 3ed and 4th gauge. 1st gauge is ok. Also use the white valves supplied with the kit so you can sync at idle.

you need a Valve on each lines of your Carburetor synchronizer vacuum gauge , it will make the needles steady and easier to sync

Thank YOU! Every written explanation online makes it seem extremely complicated, but you show how easy it really is! Awesome!!!!!!!

you need to put in damping screws between the gauge and the pipes to eliminate the jumping of the needles

This person is exactly right. You gotta do it at idle.

The white valves that are in the kit also help to keep the needles from bouncing. I sync at idle, the white valves help tremendously.

Need to adjust the air valve at idle to keep the vacuum gauge from bouncing around at idle. You get an inaccurate reading by revving it up to 4k RPM.
