According to Wikipedia, Larry and his wife "can typically be found at"...(various NYC subway stations), so I am assuming that the cheerleader here is Larry's wife, and that the two young girls are their children. The dancing of the young girl is obviously spontaneous, and, because of her youth, I am assuming that she is too young to receive formal training. I personally find the dancing to be quite charming, and the drumming to be truly primal. God bless.
