You absolutely cannot bring your own cats or kittens. The cats at the cafe wouldn't care, because they are super socialized, but if you own a cat, it probably wouldn't take too well to the 20-30 cats in one place when it's used to being the only one (or even one of two or three). Cats can be extremely territorial or hostile. Also, the owners don't know if your cats are healthy or up-to-date on shots, so you cannot bring your pets there, usually.

have you talked about the etiquette in Korea? i've noticed, everyone takes off their shoes right at the door and when you extend your hand to someone older/someone you respect you hold that arm with the other hand..or when you give things, you do so with both hands, drink looking away from the table etc. i'd really like to know about it :)

I was there with friends in February. Was a fun time with the cats. What's interesting is they don't have health codes about serving drinks (and food?) with live animals running around.
