Can I not add the blueberries and just add the peaches and strawberries? If i take the blueberries out how much more peaches and strawberries do I have to add?-Vivian
@bettyskitchen could give you a recipe if you want (althought I'm sure you've probably found one online already) it's rather simple, I've made it a couple of times :)
Very nice. I have only one suggestion. I love sweet with salty and especially like fruit with fish. How about pureeing the whole thing and serve it in a large shallow bowl with a lump of tuna salad in the middle - then it's an entree.
Lovely Betty :) I love all your videos as u know...May i request some fish dishes? An old family friend took me for 'fish n chips' when i took a vacation to England and i swear i could eat that everyday lol x

p.s-Your nails are so lovely..Is that a french manicure?
I do need to get more fish videos posted. I will start thinking about preparation I will use. I do have a couple of catfish videos and some salmon, in case you haven't seen those in bettyskitchen. The maninure I have is called an American manicure where I live--it's like a French manicure, but oversprayed with just a bit of white to keep it from having a lot of contrast. Thanks for your compliment!
Mm that looks good. I wonder if you have a good recipe for nice little homemade ginger snaps too? I bet the leftovers of your soup would make a nice ice cream topping or could be nice blended into a smoothie too.
What I really like about Betty (besides the scrumptious recipes) is that she proves that a woman can look elegant in the kitchen. Not just a frump with an apron and banana on your head. She also radiates with class and intelligence. What a combination in the kitchen.
@FloridaSweety Cornstarch is the starch of the corn grain obtained from the corn kernel. It has a distinctive appearance and feel when mixed raw with water or milk, giving easily to gentle pressure but resisting sudden pressure. It is often used for thickening soups, stews, and gravies.

@110cottoncandy Yes, you may omit the blueberries; just put in the amount of peaches and strawberries that were left out with the blueberries.

I hope this is not a dumb question but what exactly is corn starch? I have heard of it but in all of my years of cooking I have never used it.
I'm going to try this recipe it looks out of this world, thanks!

@SaaandraV obviously I'm not Betty, but I think crispy red grapes would substitute well for the blueberries. = ]
