  • I'm broken I'm wrong I'm Dr Owen Harper and I'm having a hell of a day

  • This is such a moving peace of music always brings tears to my eyes cause it makes me think of Owen and Tosh's deaths :(

  • This reminds me so much of the 28 days later theme.

  • It reminds me of Amy's Theme from Doctor Who

  • I have noticed with Torchwood and Doctor WHo, the music for dramatic scenes are over the top gut wrenching, I literrally cried when Rose got trapped in the alternate universe and couldnt be with the doctor anymore, and when Ianto died, and also when Owen died.....Murray Gold rocks!

  • i remember hearing this music when Owen is going to the house to find that alien shell thing and I kept rewinding and rewinding to hear this music. I just wish I knew who composed it so I could get it. It is so strangely beautiful and I love it

  • anyone have the track name for this? such a nice song. be great if i could get it

  • @haseebl it's actually called 'Owens Theme' xD on the torchwood soundtrack

  • YES, finally I found it, thank you so much for posting...

the first time I heard it on Torchwood, I thought WOW... I love this theme :D

  • I agree with you. It really stood out when he was dealing with his being undead and he was going through the house looking for the energy signature. I love his line "I'm broken mate."

  • this peice of music is quite moving really, its deffintly one of my favorites on torchwood

  • Does anyone know the guitar chord progression for this song?

  • @xXBlackElphieXx

I can analyze it, but it might take me a bit...

  • i love this music... one of the best themes i've heard 4 any character and i've heard some pretty good ones.. although... u only got a bit of it... the ful thing is about 3 mins or something

  • stolen from mi7gtaf

  • I think that the music for Torchwood is definately better than the music for Doctor who. It has more meaning.

  • @RoRoNut im no!

  • @RoRoNut - I think torchwood itself has moments that beat doctor who

  • @RoRoNut I totally agree with you, there.

  • this is so nice...

  • Actually i am schizophrenic so it was me. no it wasnt, yes it was, SHUT UP!!!.

Anyway. i consider my other self as my brother because i was born with him. no i wasn't, yes i was, SHUT UP!!!.

oh, and he is an emotional wreck. no i'm not, yes you are, SHUT UP YOU FUVK PEACE OF TIHS!!!!

  • AWESOME! i love this tune.

Why did they have to kill Owen again? having an undead on the team was cool, and it made a nice contrast with jack's immortality...

  • We're born. We live. We die. That's the way it is.

And if you don't like that, you'll just have to get over it, or you can die as early as possible. Your choice.

  • yeesh, what's your problem? people are allowed to have opinions you know.

just because someone expresses one you don't agree with doesn't mean you have to be rude about it...

  • Not Jack, though. Lol

He's born. He Lives. And.. he lives.

  • I totally agree. I didn't wright the last message btw. Must've been my brother but yeh it certanly shows the difference between Jack's way of living forever and Owen's way of living forever.

  • This is the coolest music in the whole program, and Owen is the coolest character.

  • i tottaly understand what you mean by the feeling its almost like the drums of battle

it gives you the feeling that your ready for anthing

  • i cannot stand music wivout lyrics- but murray gold is completely different- this is the ONLY song tht makes me wana cry... its amazing

  • it does the same to me

  • I love this song so much, it's probably some of my favourite music from both Doctor Who and Torchwood, it's just so moving, it makes me sad everytime I hear it :C

  • ^_^

    I love it!

  • i think it is in that scene. i love this theme so much!

  • I like this one a lot too. I agree it is pretty chilling. As well as being in a lot of the earlier episodes, was it also played when Owen was trapped in the radiation room in the last episode? I remember hearing it because the music always reminds me of that scene, but I might be wrong.

  • Yeah it was played then, and I think that's what made it saddder D:

  • Yep it was... I've never cried as much as I have watching that scene! This music is just.... well there is no word except beautifull and inspiring
