I used to work in logistics for FedEx. We handled all the shipping for Posilac. I talked to many farmers who were using it but were not reporting it to distributors, or whoever bought their milk. I´m sure some of these were labeled as organic. The farmers said they were being forced to use it in order to keep up with competition and survive economically.
