4422 has not been driven like this it is quite simply a bag of nails! The reports for the locos failure have been examined by a highly regarded locomotive engineer and stated that 4422 has not been fit for traffic for years. The 4f group is run by a bunch of idiots that have run the locomotive into the ground and cant afford to maintain it to a suitable standard. The 4f group are paying for the repairs not the CVR insurance hence them admitting the engine has fallen to bits due poor maintenance.
