  • I'm absolutely TERRORFIED of snakes, but watching these videos has actually given me a.. I can't say fondness, by any means, but an appreciation for them as animals, and not just monsters. It's fascinating to see they each have their own personalities, and quirks. I've seen nearly all of ViperKeepers videos, and look forward to more. Guy really knows his shit. Keep up the good work, Sir.

  • Do you happen to keep burgadders? They are rather beautiful and rare. It would be awesome to see you handle some of those :D

  • @DesignerSerpents Had one but had no mate so the species died out in my collection.

  • @viperkeeper

Aw that stinks, oh well I guess that's what happens.

  • do you have any clips of the new viper ?

  • 18:45 what kind of snakes are those?

  • @tymatik Listen and I tell you: 17:50....

  • Comment removed

  • the one at 16:00 is really adorable

  • Viperkeeper. You did not seem concerned that the spitting cobra looked like it was going to ingest a few pieces of substrate when you closed his drawer.

Why not? Doesn't that cause impaction? I am always careful to make sure my snakes don't ingest even little pieces of aspen, let along chunks of bark. Great video!

  • @n3ur0tic881 Snakes ingest substrate all the time in the wild.....

  • @viperkeeper Fair enough, I wonder why all of the snake guides tell people to be so careful of it.

  • @n3ur0tic881 I've had one problem in 30 years a neonate had a bit stuck and I pulled it out with long forceps.

  • pardon my ignorance do vipers or any venomous snake cross breed. thk

  • hi viperkeeper, i wonder what your opinion is of this guy, and can venomous snakes really be tamed like that?

    watch?v=5oxumVmQNIw

  • Viperkeeper, is there a snake that you would like to have in your collection, but cannot be obtained? What is it and why can't you get it?

    Great videos.

  • @DanArk0403 McMahons viper.... Only found in Pakistan

  • Nice

  • As usual, I find the "Psycho Ward Tower" to be highly entertaining. I especially love the "Weasel" and the Puff Adder who "has no hope." The young cobras were adorable too!

  • Nice snakes I know I have been a dumb ass in the past but this question is not what snake has the lest amount of ld50 that you have

  • @MrPunkskametal LD50 for mice, I can give you, Eastern Brown Snake

  • This is a good one! I enjoyed seeing all the cobras! Congrats on the breeding snakes. Looking forward to the babies.

  • Lovely vids Al. Well done! I like the 'noggin' camera :)

  • Cool Video Again!! I See The Slithers Going For A Lock,Best Of Luck

  • Have you seen the new viper they have and what are your thoughts on it ?

  • @holmanftw2212 I had the "new" viper in my collection since 2007. I just didn't know they were A. ceratophora on steroids.

  • Hey VK gotta question 4 ya. i dunno if its a dumb 1 or an intelligent one and certainly wouldnt recommend any1 to try this but.....what defense would the snake have if its being disturbed while hes got the mouse half way down its throat. like if you touch the snake, would it just spit the mouse back out n attack or?

  • @PRINCEH00D They will regurge the meal very quickly.

  • what cges do you use i like those white ones

  • @4REPTILESLIFE Herp cages dot com

  • @viperkeeper How does the venom glands absorbs the nutrients from food to make more venom without any venom being released inside of the snake's body? Even if they're immune to, wouldn't that make a 'dry bite' impossible if any venom is released inside their body?

  • man those cobras look amazing. as much as u wanna keep 1, u dont wanna keep 1 either lmao

  • Love all the VK vids, been watching for years now, and I look forward to a new one everyweek. The mixed bags ones are the best! Those little equatorial spitting cobras are awesome.

  • you should do a video that covers your scheduling process.. like, how you keep up with what days each animal should be fed and what not. seems like a handful, and a video covering the process would be really neat! love your videos by the way, been watching for years!

  • sick of the go gear so soon Al?

  • @fuasshole666 I have a back-log of video dating back over a year. Stuff I know everybody wants to see. Do I just delete all that video? I say not!

  • @viperkeeper your the best, keep up all the good stuff, carry on.

  • @viperkeeper You happen to have any Water moccasin / cottonmouths from flordia or any other areas?

  • @Phaze8ight Not currently.

  • very interesting, i watch all your videos, you've vast knowledge of these snakes...i'll stick to my ball python though :) leave you to more challenging snakes. :)

  • You have some pretty patterned snakes I currently have 1 snake its a Baird's ratsnake male his name is Charlie I've had him for 4 years and he sometimes just sits with me for an hour or so watching TV with me

  • hurray! another mixed bag vid! your videos look much better in 1080p. loved the feisty little spitters. another well done video. :)

  • those snakes are shy all hissing at you lol none of my snakes do that

  • @Sociopath33 You don't have this species, do you?

  • @Sociopath33 I bet the snakes you have can't kill you, or if they could they don't know it. It should be painfully obvious from watching these videos that a majority of venomous snakes know they have the power to kill humans, and won't hesitate to use it, no matter how long they are captive...

  • Viperkeeper I just started watching your show about 2 months ago. I do not keep snakes or any other reptile, and have no aspirations to start. Me and my wife find your show very entertaining and we hope you keep it going. You very obviously love your snakes and you're care and expertise in dealing with them has made us love them too. Thanks!

  • @haytone1504 Thanks...

  • in 1080p now!!! dope!!!!!!!

  • Thanks for all the comments. For some reason (YouTube problem) it's not letting me approve the comments allowing them to be seen by all. Of course they have no easy way to be contacted, so I can't do much about it. Glad you like the mixed bag.

    Cheers!

    VK

  • @viperkeeper Well! It seems that I had to make a comment, they I was able to approve them all. Therefore I claim "First"!!

  • Get the matilda viper!

  • @flamexvi Had them in the collection since 2007.

  • This snake looks so "cute " hate the word" but still !

  • Viper keeper head cam!

  • lmao "dihydrogen oxide gun" nice :P

  • nice Video! Greetings and the best for breeding!

  • Love your videos

  • Do you think UVB lights would have helped prevent the skeletal issues? I've never seen actual evidence of MBD in any snake species, but that guy looks like a possibility.

  • @CaptiveBredSnakes Maybe...

  • Would love to see more of Vipera renardi. :) Got any other Vipera species at the moment?

  • @SAsgarters No, unfortunately

  • HD FTW

  • Thanks as always, for the vid VP. :) They keep getting better!

  • Ah man, the footage from around 6:00 to 6:05 looked very intimidating with the snake coming towards the camera. GR8 footage as always Al.

  • Man, you are truly a skilled handler. How anyone maintains that many venomous snakes regularly without getting a fatal bite is amazing.

  • Very nice Al! :D

  • What species was the 4th snake in I couldn't quite make out what you said, they highly resemble the adder (vipera berus) so I'm guessing something related ?

  • @whitewingedkrad Vipera renardi.

  • I freakin Love mixed Bags!Liked and shared!

  • nice vid, love it

  • Sumatrana are definitely some of the more beautiful cobras that I've seen. I liked the addition of the Gaboon strike in the intro too.

  • AWESOME 1080p

  • I love that 3rd spitter. The hood is amazing. Is the weasel named after the wrestling manager from the old WWF days? Bobby the brain, maybe?

  • @jeffxl12 I don't/never watch WWF....

  • bit random maybe, but i love the shirts you wear!

  • @christiaan77777 Thanks!

  • Awesome video!

  • how many times if ever have you been bit?

  • love it

    !!

and one of the 2 snakes breeding is like "get the hell outta here let me have some fun" :D

  • Awesome !!! i hope those echis produce some baby's for you al ! wich i hope to see on video :D

  • thanks for the upload al.

  • LMAO 17:59 watch the snakes face ! that horny little turd actually grinned !

  • LOL dihydrogen oxide, you may laugh but it is involved in all snake deaths.

  • Amazing video ViperKeeper. The hoods on spitters are great, I liked the first one, he has some attitude. How many snakes do you have in your collection?. Great videos mate.

  • Very Good as usual...

  • echis coloratus overall one of my all time favs!!
