What is Sharia Law? My guess is that people in Iran want a Republic/Democracy. They had it once but Kermit Roosevelt helped destroy it during Project Ajax. Sad, but true. I think it has been a long time, but now the Iranian people want it back. The major powers and Israel do NOT want a freely elected democratic government in Iran. Nothing has changed since 1953. They didn't want it then. They don't want it now. The reason so many Iranian immigrants are fuming on Internet over Ahmadinejad is because they were the upper middle class in Shah's Iran, and want their property back. They would even agree with a US invasion and many Iranians killed, just to get their property back.
