u need more spirit it regenerats mana

shamans dont use spirit, they need mana per 5th second

Interesting, I have a Troll Shaman named Cuddels on Burning Legion I'm resto but I go oom to fast it seems, any advice?

mana efficient healing is prio ofcourse also use water shield at all time and get improved watershield talents and the tier 3 talents to consume a waterorb on critheal.

also use earth shield on tank at all time and when you have some melee dps in group use chainheal.

Chainheal <------ is your friend

how about one click to cast 'chain heal' on grid?

I used grid to target who I was going to heal and then pressed my Chain Heal button on my action bar. Nothing too exciting! But some healers like to use Clique + Grid and bind heals to clicking on grid.

I switched a few weeks ago, but with the water shield mp5 glyph, I was 430something (probably too much). Gem Runed Scarlet Rubies for red sockets, Luminous Monarch for yellow! Maybe if you get the water shield mp5 glyph / more int you'll be okay! Replenishment is good to have around if your guild doesn't run with it for some reason!
