this programme was telecast on PTV on the Eid-ul-Fitar in 1984 and i was student of 4th class at that time. thanks for sharing my eyes are full of tears to remember those golden days

where is that other aunty Roshaane Zafar these days? I used to have hots for her back in the day. She would be the only reason why I'd wait for PTV to replay this otherwise horribly torturous song.

I too love this song but in a Stockholm syndrome kind of way. Its one of the most tuneless, awful things ever produced on PTV and has stayed with me all these years because of its sheer unmusicality and general tackiness. But I keep going back to it since I discovered it on youtube. Glad, however, that these ladies have done well in other spheres of life. It was clearly not meant to be music!

can you find that song "Khayal main aik roshni hai , nigah main nae zindagi hai" by Benjamin Sisters. It was a national song composed by Shoaib Mansoor I guess. I love that song but couldnt ever find that.

brings so many old days school memories,btw roshaney zafar is the daughter of famous corporate lawyer and present senator s.m.zafar,and other belongs to late hanif ramay.they both learned the basic music teaching from there aunt tahira sayed,who also once a very famous singer.
