Quite correct regarding the literal lyrics. However, whether or not the song as a whole is innately nationalist (overt nationalism being racism in this case) is a matter of personal opinion. The lyrics, as I'm sure you know, are all about several symbols of German culture. Of course not... I am Greek and NOT jewish, both of my grand fathers fought against Nazis in the 40's and lots of my relatives died because of their struggle for freedom. But also Nazis' governement is the reason why Germany is less than it could have become: no 1 in the world economy.
