Living here in SoCal I know quite a few Mexicans, many of them from very poor Tijuana families. I don't think they are so easily fooled. Some of them listen to Rush and Michael Savage and seem to have a better idea of what is going on than many complacent Americans. These are strong family mostly Catholic people and I think they know in their gut they cannot, and they do not, like or trust Obama

I would like to think that you were right.  I, too, live in SoCal, and also know a lot of Mexican people, some of them neighbors. However, I don't know one who did not vote for Obama. Perhaps that is only my personal experience, but I doubt it. There was very much the sentiment that, "I'm voting for Obama because he isn't white". I know you must be aware that these people are as much racist as anyone else. Not more. Just as much.

Lots of people who voted for Obama are on the streets now. Out of work. Lots of disillusioned people . Many have even gone back to Mexico. The racial thing you mention is not a factor I don't think. There is much more animosity between blacks and latinos than between anglos and either one. Most of the people I know from Mexico are gainfully employed or in there own small business. Maybe those out of work, uneducated would vote for Obiteme.
