The all seeing eye is simply a representation of the Pineal gland... something that has been represented in nearly every religion going all the way back to the ancient Egyptians. It is a gland that was called 'the seat of the soul by Descartes' due to its links with the afterlife through the release of DMT into the brain at the point of death.
