If you feel like life isn't fulfilling anymore, you need to just take the risk to let go of the things that are holding you down. Think back when you were a kid and try to remember what you wanted to do with your life..what you wanted to accomplish and the goals you had back then and try to turn those old dreams into reality even if they are far fetched and just a dream-it'll still bring a smile to your face and may provide a new rewarding direction for you to take in your life.

I've known a lot of depression in my life too. I am currently not feeling very happy, because things in my life are a little stuck, but i have been in the process of gradually shifting my reality and creating a better life by working on deprogramming my unconscious mind from the old scripts. That creating your reality from your thoughts stuff is real. There is no reason to stay in depression or in an unfulfilling life.

Being Deperessed is so wrong, it is so horrible i cant remember the last time that i was actually truly happy in my life, i am amazed that i am still here, I feel like no one will listen or care if i even say how i feel, My depression is so overwhelming that i dont even have the energy or will to even talk about it and explain in depth this is the first time i have said more than two words about my mental health.
