Your jab is really good, I like it. Your left hook to the head is really nice, you do it best with your body punch combo. I don't know if you feel comfortable, but thinking about getting a safer stance might be a good idea, as you seem a bit nervous while holding that position, try to make your arms one with your body, and look right at your target every time you throw a direct. Other then that, nice jab and body hook combo, keep it up bro.
good workout. 4 minutes nonstop is impressive. but you have 2 significant problems with your punches. find a good boxing coach to fix them. 1st is your jab. the left shoulder is too low. you must protect your jaw with it, otherwise you'll get caught with a right overhand. 2nd is your left hook. you're leaning left instead of right and even though it may feel powerful in reality you're just pushing off. plus there is a big chance of loosing your balance if the opponent responds with a left hook
Really nice work. 4 minutes too, not like most guys on youtube who only throw for 30 seconds or so. I was most impressed by the way you go to the body with the left. Too many people leave this out of their arsenal. Not you, though. Again... nice work.
