  • Love Giada for her looks...and looks can cook alright....but a creative cook wont drain his/her pasta...add just enough water so that it is all used up...add garlic infused olive oil (i macerate my garlic which i freeze with unfiltered olive oil on a molcajete) and salt while it stands covered to be added to the rest...pasta is fluffier this way..u dont even need anything else with it

  • The recipe is on food network's sit. You tube wouldn't let me put the link. Campanelle Pasta Salad from her housewarming episode.

  • It would help if we knew how much pasta she made or if the recipe was in the description of this vid. It's kind of a pain to transcribe as the vid goes, should someone actually want to make the dish.
