This is what I like about Supernanny, she instructs the parents on how to raise their kids right. I'm glad I've seen a Supernanny because it gives me good tips for when I become a parent someday.

I agree, however this "game" makes me think about children's games in general...isn't it like brainwash to let children imitate at such an age how to consume goods and to buy and buy and buy? Wouldn't spending some time with animals or outside in the garden be better for them?

Well, it depends on how you look at it. This game works especially well with kids that need to learn how to take turns, and to not be bossy.

Okay, point taken - but still, couldn't you achieve the same thing "learning not to be bossy", with -say-taking turns in riding a pony, or similar? Why is money, and shopping and consuming so important?
