I'm not a Sarah Palin fan and I admit I voted for the other guy and I think her book is probably full of half truths. That said, I think this is a manufactured controversy. Bus tours are fine as far as a good deal for the money but they aren't always practical. Plus, it's not like I had to pay for it. As far as her being a fake... did you really think she would do a nation wide tour entirely on a bus? That's like shouting down pro wrestling because it's fake. Sure, it's fake, but entertaining.

Se's a fake, a fraud, a billigerent cow, and a lying ass biotch!!! I can't stand the facte that she trieis 2 act so folksy & average. SHE'S NOT!! She is not a hockey-mom, nor is she just like us!! If she was she'd b driving herself around like John McCain after the election. He drove himself 2 work the day after the election!! No secret service, no gulfstream jet, & no private bus!! Palin is glory seeking-hound that should b put down like a lame horse!! She needs a nice slap with 1 of her books!

Some bus tour, by Gulfstream. and the Speaker always is provided with an aircraft to travel with. In case they need to get back to DC. Obama PAID for the rental of his campaign jet, so did McCain.

What is the big deal, she didn't use tax payer money like obama did to visit Copenhagen or as Pelosie does to jet home on the weekends. Oh I forget...it is a double standard...the dems can do what ever they want.

i think the big deal here is her "bus tour" image she was trying to convey. also the fact that she touts herself as an everyman/woman. how many of your friends take private jets?
dems will be dems. hot shottin' round the country in their private jets. they are ivy league elitists. its to be expected! hockey moms on the other hand, should revel in bus travel.
