thats because im using a 3rd party SCREEN recorder, not the game recorder. maan learn how stuff works. its not like you just record and its fine. you have to find proper codec and set it up properly. so its not like 1gb file and 1min video. also codec has to be setup properly so text is visible in youtube too...

i can send you 10gb = 10min video with 30fps and max graphics, but this is hack tutorial not game trailer.

if i record on 1600x1200, then you wouldnt see anything, because youtube converts it into 320x240. if i would record on 320x240, then it would be PERFECT for youtube, but too small to fit game in it.
