@harprdh Almost all of my pieces sound much harder than they are. I use repetitive ideas (as well as actual repeats) to make them easy to learn and memorize. You could probably play a few songs from this book now. The most difficult part of learning this piece is probably deciphering how to phrase it musically. I am glad you enjoyed my interpretation, and I hope you will bring your own voice to this piece.
This book just arrived along with your 4 other books. Love them! I'm learning this piece now and very happy with it. Hope you can post new ones from the other books.
I love the sound of your harp. I am planning on purchasing a Thormahlen swan. I'm planning on folk gut strings but haven't chosen a wood yet. What wood is the harp in this video? The sound is perfect.
This harp is walnut with nylon strings and a flat back. Someday I might re-string it with folk harp gut, but it came with nylon and I have been happy with it. I am glad you like the sound. Thormahlen builds wonderful harps.
I love this!!
