i'm not a fan of the Marissa and Ryan relationship, i think she was seriously a dramaqueen, and Ryan was too good for her.....!

Biggest mistake they made was kicking off marissa, thats when like 50% of viewers just boycotted the show which led to the cancellation. Hell the Whole 3rd season was just so bad.. They should've just made Ryan + Marissa solid there.
