Good for abs is about it's best value. But I figure sit ups are good for that as well. Anyhow peace to you!

  • wow! Just like real life because when knocked on you ass or back, you totally should balance well, because you could tip over or even worse. I like you do also have BLUE BALLS out there on the street with me. I use my BLUE BALLS to cushion my training and fighting you know like real life. Do MMA guys always train using unrealistic methods such as these? And MMA guys say traditional guys look stupid! I guess it depends whom is sitting on them GIANT BLUE BALLS. lol!

  • Actually blue ball jokes have some kind of humor to them if you try to find it. And a video I made with my wife shortly after she had our son ( as in do you always insult woman to attack the minds of the other males. ), so he would always have some means to aid him in training is what those videos are from. Are you always bigoted against peoples weight, and do you always discriminate against woman training with men considering men usually attack woman. I suppose you didn't like my guitar either?

  • You are a simpleton whom clearly shouldn't be trained by any. If you think that vid is combative you clearly do not understand its value. And yes she does defend against me just not when I explain things like the vid to people well like you that come on line and try to learn from it. Take it for what it's worth a lesson to the unlearned. Scientifically when using balls you put your body in unrealistic angles and do not have a clue you are not in the matrix this shit will never help train proper.

    SCIENTIFICALLY speaking, stability ball drills improve proprioception, which is essential for grapplers. It is not meant to be a skill exercise, which is what your observations & videos are limited to.

  • I did learn my grammar. Whom is an object pronoun, not a subject pronoun.

    Grammar Lesson: It's improper to begin a sentence with an adv/adj when followed by a preposition, "Scientifically when..."

    Grammar is a common noun, not a proper one. Don't capitalize it unless it's the 1st word in the sentence.

    Question: Physics is a science, how can I study "science and physics"? Should I study physics & another science? I did.

    Calling you an asshole is not nearly as funny as calling your wife fat.
