Sexuality isn't a choice, younger boys cannot choose to be gay and can't be 'recruited'. Unless you demonstrate a rational basis rather than 'ickiness' or religion, you and all ardent homophobes fail to demonstrate why homosexuality should be treated as inferior when science shows it is a mere variation of human sexuality. Human sexuality, like all traits such as eye or skin colour, varies. Diversity is normal and natural- being the same would be abnormal. Difference doesn't equal inferiority.

Racism and homophobia are utterly comparable. Every major medical association confirms that sexuality can't be changed and that attempts are harmful. There is no credible, peer reviewed evidence accepted by any major medical association that supports this view. They also confirm that homosexuality is not a choice, and developed similar to heterosexuality before adolescence. Racism and homophobia both describe acts of discrimination against people because of characteristics they cannot change.

I am afraid the fact that you don't understand homosexuality doesn't make it inferior to heterosexuality or unnatural. Homosexuality is not a threat to extinction- numbers have not fluctuated and there is no credible evidence to suggest it is simply a choice people make, any more than heterosexuality. It is impossible for gay people to change their sexuality any more than heterosexuals can suddenly become attracted to a male and not attracted to a woman. Please base your comments on evidence.
