A bit nearer to the pronunciation would be "Pont-ker-sulth-teh"; the Welsh "ll" is made by saying "L" and exhaling at the same time, but "lth" is close enough.
On my channel, I have a shot of the "TT" on the aqueduct from a pole-mounted camera that gives some impression of the height.
