  • Lovely footage, sir. That's Tog the horse bringing the boat in at the start. Accompanied by Creedence, I'm trying to imagine the Thomas Telford as a Mississippi "wheelbarrow" with tall twin stacks! :-))

    A bit nearer to the pronunciation would be "Pont-ker-sulth-teh"; the Welsh "ll" is made by saying "L" and exhaling at the same time, but "lth" is close enough.

    On my channel, I have a shot of the "TT" on the aqueduct from a pole-mounted camera that gives some impression of the height.
