The reason is most likely due to genetics, having a certain type of chin can skip a few generations and appear more prominent in the next. That's the reason that some children dont look like their parents, but could look more like their grandparents. Which could be the case here, even if her parents didn't have a huge chin someone in her family line probably did. Besides it shouldn't be a problem if her chin is a little big.
