Why does the end cut off, did searches for both title & artist & got nothing more than this short bit which leads me to think someone ripped it off from the artist, but didn't get the whole track.

@gregtestagent This track has been made by Todd Andrews (read the title, and make a search). Also i cut off the beginning of the track because there's no music, just sounds effects.

@RhythmDroid Apparently they say, "Rassera" although i'm not sure what it means.. either than it's more of a hymn? It's shouted during mid-autumn festival in northern japan, to supposedly shake away the sleepiness of summer. It's funny they say "Akira" here, but maybe.. lol, ... they can use this for the new live action movie. ^ ^

reminds me of M4 part 2 by Faust. This's actually a cover, not a remix. The best part's the woman singing lowest in the mix. Neat but not as good as the original. The percussion of the original's what made it sound so good. Replacing it w/a guitar weakens the piece.
