I still have my Blow By Blow album I bought nearly 40 yrs ago. Well, I have the cover and sleeve but the vinyl is so thin it's nearly gone:>) I got to where I could play all the guiter riffs and bass lines and some of the drums (no keys at the time) but this song was the hardest to learn on guitar. I saw Jeff in '75 with John Maclaughlin encore with this song, going faster+faster when Beck finally threw in the towel and said "ladies and gentleman, the master of guitar MR John Maclaughlin".

He ran to the amp to get a plecturm / pick to start, but then drops it later. He goes back to the amp at 3:38 for another plectrum for the ending.
