Actually, it is possible to use voltages well beyond 90v and get higher production volumes ... efficiency suffers and you do get waste heat that you have to dispose of but you can get higher gas volume ... so it depends on what you want to get done ...
And how did you employ ultrasonics? I have used high frequency sound in my reactors basically as a vibrator to knock the bubbles off the plates but cannot confirm that this actually contributed to the reaction.
Its a Unit I purchased from the internet. I have not confirmed that it really does any thing except help remove bubbles from the plates and the solution. The Gas Also seems to be a little different in combustibility. No experiment yet to confirm any of this. It's coming.
Ok ... I had heard a rather mystical explanation at some point that sound and/or light could actually enhance gas production volumes but have never seen a way to prove it ... thought you might be working in that direction ...
So what were your conclusions? I had heard that the optimum reaction temperature was about 150F. Are you putting forward that a chilled reactor is more effective?
I think that if you took a known volume of gas produced in chilled reactor and same from normal reactor; bring both gas sample to same temp; ignite; same potency ... but yes, a cooler more dense gas will be more reactive ... so the chiller need to be at the intake into the ICE, not necessarily at the reactor ... my thoughts only, no proof ...
Hehe sounds like popping bubblewrap :D

90 Volt DC is way to high, a deadly dangerous.
1.50 volt DC / Cell is around optimal.
And RO water is so clean that you produce more
heat then H2+O2= Hydroxy gas;
( HHO gas does not exist it's hydroxy).
You need an electrolyte.
But i like to know what the ultrasonic effects are.

Thanks for your replies. Hope you can draw some conslusions and post your results. I suspect I am not the only one interested in what you find out.

All I am Saying is the gas seems to be more reactive. I am working on a method to measure the energy content. Not yet ready
