I'm sorry, he was witness 16 on the Discovery Project testimony list, not 15 as I stated previously. I have posted all the witness testimony under my favorites for those who wish to see it. I was hunting there that year and there was a lot of unusual military activity taking place there at the time. It was the only time I ever saw helicopters used to warn hunters to stay out of a certain area on the mountain. Going to that specific area years later it's creepy as all wildlife avoids that area
I've hunted on & near Fort Indiantown Gap reservation my entire life since the age of 12with family members who've hunted there most of there lives too. I've taken 3 bucks there, 2 being 8 pts, & it's loaded with turkey there too. Was reported to have been site of a UFO crash & recovery of debris & alien EBE bodies recovered from site in 1969as disclosed during Dr. Steven Greer's "Disclosure Project" testimony by a Mr. Stone (witness 15) who was on the secondary recovery team from Ft. Lee, VA.
