it's a shame that there's just a little SOMETHING (i dont know what) missing from the chinese mens vaults, they dont look sure when they stick, there's heaps and HEAPS of unstuck vaults... while they have PERFECT form in the air they dont seem to know how to land their vaults... i just watched high bar also, and they're absolutely flawless almost on h bar... i dont understand...

Wow that handspring double front wasn't even cowboyed, it's like the second out of 100's of Roche vaults I've seen (Blanik in Sydney 2000 being the first) that doesn't look like a frog in the air. Shame about the fall! You can't ask for a vault with better form.

in gymnastics, and on vault you are to run with high knees as a gymnastics coach would say high knees. it makes you run faster take longer strides hit the board with the most spring and it helps to drive your heels faster! good gymnastics need to run like that because if they don't they won't get the right results and will be docked points
