Is that your last name Komninos and is it Turkish or Greek? That is my uncles last name, married to my moms sister. My paternal grandfather lived on this island with my grandmother till they had to leave for Pireas in 1920s. Last of Nenos. How many greeks still live on this island?

Yes my last name is Komninos and yes it is a Greek name. I dont know how many Greeks live at Pringipo but overall in the greater Istanbul area we have recently increased our numbers to approximately 5000 (man=y have moved back from Greece).
