@Stupidian151 the game only checks at the door if you finished the mission. until then the door is locked. thats the reason he throws the gas grenade, so the guard in the inside opens the door.

realistic isn't really the hardest, hard is harder because the enemies have more health than you, where realistic is evenly matched, just lower health for both of you.

Original; Enemies do extra damage on realistic, enough to kill you with a headshot with most weapons, flatline with sniper-rifles on chestshot without augs. Enemies still take 4-5 chest shots from a pistol before dying as they do on normal.
Invisible war; Both player and enemies do extra damage, only shotguns/magrails/rocket launchers pose any threat though.
Man the quickest I've ever done this was in 5 hours and that's using a exploit to start me off with all the equipment from my last save at the end of the game.
1:15 yay for the 1.5 seconds saved. Wonder how long it took to discover all the little things to speed things up. o_o
