How lovely that we can now see the life story of an amazing Dharma Master brought to life with beautiful music and creativity. WE should have more of this and less of the trashy entertainment media.
It is the beautiful MIgtsema prayer with exquisite tune sung in praise of Lama Tsongkhapa, the Crown Scholar of the Land of the Snow. There is a very interesting story behind the prayer. Go to any Kechara Paradise outlets and get a copy of the comic book to read the whole bio-epic.
I think this is the best biography so far, simply because it is so accessible and an easy read. Thank you Kechara Media & Publications for publishing this.
I read online that He mastered all the courses of study at Drikung Monastery in Central Tibet, a major Kagyü Center, and travelled extensively in search of knowledge, studying with more than 100 teachers of all the existing traditions all topics of the doctrine, including Dzogchen.
Do you know that Je Tsongkhapa received his layman ordination vows at the age of 3? Wow. This is amazing. And at age 7, he took the novice vows. No wonder hes such a great master his only interest was only Dharma.
This is from a Chinese comic book published by Kechara Media & Publications, about the life story of great master Je Tsongkhapa, the founder of Gelugpa Buddhism.
At 3:07, why do they praise each other? I can understand not praising oneself, but an agreement to praise each other achieves the same thing anyway :-)
Thank you thank you thank you for sharing! It truly inspired me to work harder at my buddhist practice. May I ask what song were you using in the video?
This is amazing. Thanks so much.
Would it be possible for you guys to tell me where to get the music from the video? The tracks used are simply amazing.
Thanks a lot!

I read the comic book and think it is great. It is simple to understand and also includes all the important details of Je Tsongkhapas life.

Yes, comic book is the way to go. Thick biographies with a lot of words are really sleep-inducing.
