The rabbits in this video are not "wild". They are more likely "feral", i.e. tame rabbits allowed to go wild. Most likely they were pets which have been abandoned by their owners and simply turned loose.

There are a number of ways of killing a rabbit if it is necessary. The simplest being to hold the rabbit by it's back legs in your left hand and break it's neck with a sharp blow to it's neck with your right hand. Properly done this is swift and humane.
I should move to Vancouver, I work on a fur farm with chinchillas and I do this on a daily basis. My pay sucks but I love my job. I can't see myself sitting at a desk or working with people.
While there are better ways of finishing the rabbit than stomping (clubbing its neck or wringing its neck) if they were doing so just to put the thing out of its misery and not torture it I don't see how this is inhumane. Rabbits are quite fragile, and a hard stomp to the skull/neck should have killed it. Like the guy said, it was probably muscle spasms and the woman overreacting. Those rabbits look like they were from domestic lines, so this was probably a result of some retard abandoning pets.

The rabbits in this video are not "wild". They are more likely "feral", i.e. tame rabbits allowed to go wild. Most likely they were pets which have been abandoned by their owners and simply turned loose.
Shame on those owners.
There are a number of ways of killing a rabbit if it is necessary. The simplest being to hold the rabbit by it's back legs in your left hand and break it's neck with a sharp blow to it's neck with your right hand. Properly done this is swift and humane.

While there are better ways of finishing the rabbit than stomping (clubbing its neck or wringing its neck) if they were doing so just to put the thing out of its misery and not torture it I don't see how this is inhumane. Rabbits are quite fragile, and a hard stomp to the skull/neck should have killed it. Like the guy said, it was probably muscle spasms and the woman overreacting. Those rabbits look like they were from domestic lines, so this was probably a result of some retard abandoning pets.

Furthermore these are NOT WILD RABBITS. These are domesticated rabbits who have been let loose. Also, rabbits do NOT die down. They can breed to outrageously LARGE numbers very quickly.
Wild Rabbits can be carriers of some very scary viruses and can mean serious harm other domesticated pets.
These rabbits are domesticated cotton-tails bred for pet shops.

when i was young me and my friends killed coyotes with .22's in a rural area becasue the population was to high and they attacked livestock. Farmers would pay us $20 bucks for each set of ears we brought in.
