No it isn't. The "Fact" originated from top gear, and is in no way accurate. This vehicle is a heavy MRAP class vehicle, being such, lacks the strategic mobility of the HMMWV.

The HMMWV will be replaced by JLTVs, as well as many other programs in progress.

P.S. Humvees can do 90% of the offroading this vehicle can.
