Nah it's a game maker called Action Game Maker, but the (official) translated version of such is called Indie Game Maker, and can be found on... amazon I guess.

it's made by enterbrain, the same people who created rmxp and rmvx.
the retail release has only been made available over the last few weeks, which could explain why you had problems finding it.
tbh, i'd give it a few weeks before you purchase it.
enterbrain will drop the price when they realize they xbla compatability isn't selling thier product for them.
anyone know why it's over 2 gig?
a few png's and some midi files.....
