  • I could be totally wrong but I get the feeling due to the nefarious habit banks have of hiding their problems off balance sheet the real figure for debt could be a lot higher than any of the numbers cited by the experts. With derivatives who knows what is owed to whom? If two banks contract to create a $1 billion Credit Default Swap is the US Federal Reserve informed? I doubt it.

  • $1.00 in 1914 had the same buying power as $21.92 in 2011.

  • @Robert11290 really thaat's interesting

  • 4 years after this video, the dollar has still not collapsed. FAIL!

  • I read today that there is another wave of massive layoffs coming. Unemployment will over 10% soon. This is not going away anytime soon.

  • There is no political solution to this.

Best thing to do is Starve the Zio Beast.

The way to do this is:

    1. File a Quiet Title and Lis Pendens on your home-You own your home, paid for at closing with signature.

    2. Close Fed Charted Bank accounts and open a Credit Union acct.

    3. Buy physical gold and silver.

    4. Farmers markets, barter and become self sufficient

    5. Educate others and prep

  • yea yea were screwed. were going to be canadas mexico

  • America is fucked America is fucked America is fucked, God know it's fucked!

  • You Americans start planting survival urban and rural outdoor and indoor gardens to produce food & medicinal herbs using only natural genetic varieties of as many different plant species. Use organic farming techniques to become self-contained and start producing and preserving your own seeds. Stockpile all kinds of hardware supplies & have a vertically integrated self-replicating machine tool shop in your garages with a lot of supplies to keep it running for decades. Visit all survivalist sites

  • oh man we should be so scared uh <_<...

  • @MrBigEnchilada why? No point to be. this is a good thing. Maybe peopel can wake up from this fake world we live in. If ueducate yourself to another ALTERNATIVE. you gonna relise there is not reason to be scaryed.

  • The only people that think US economy and democracy is so great are Americans who are all on the hamster wheel and has bought into the notion of capitialism and glorified slavery to support a select few CEOs that continue to preach the 'American dream' which is buying things you dont need so that you will continue to be slaves of your mortgage and car payments, sacrficing your lives and well being to work long hours and to support inanimate objects.

  • Bernanke Leaves Door Open to More Stimulus Should Economy Fail to Rebound

June-23-2011-- The Fed would be “prepared to take additional action, obviously, if conditions warranted,” including the purchase of more Treasury securities, Bernanke said yesterday after U.S. central bankers met in Washington. The economy will probably overcome constraints from elevated energy prices and Japan- related disruptions to manufacturing, he said. Still, declining home prices, high unemployment and weaknesses

  • Has anyone emailed this guy for the dvd? I'm wary of inadvertently putting myself on a solicitor's mailing list because of the 800 number there.

  • Gold backing is not necessary and is very dangerous.

  • This is bullshit. The give you a large amount of facts as breadcrumbs to lead you to their conclusion. But the fact is fiat currency isn't the problem, a private central banking system printing dollars at a fee is a problem.

Let the Treasury print the dollars with no interest and no fees and spend it into the economy via infrastructure projects in a rate consistent with population growth. End all fractional reserve bank.

    Problem solved.

  • @hiyukenmusic factually, the dollar is backed by Land, workforce and Infrastructure.....in other words: You americans belong to the Chinese, Japanese and Taiwanese. And some others. If they want to cash in. What they won't do.

  • @manoman0 debt is a promise to pay. People break those promises in Bankruptcy all the time. The Chinese are going to be left holding a bag of receipts. You want to see every single southern with a shotgun pissed off, let Yellowstone be owed by a Chinese corporation.

  • @hiyukenmusic If you break your promise you hand over what you have. a) lucky for the US to have Southerners and b) as I said: They [The Chinese] won't do cash in (ref. to a). Cheers

  • I am American, I am from Mexico. Brazilians are Americans, Cubans are Americans. Use the words properly.

  • I hope Britian does not take on the Euro.

  • Guess we can't use the term "dollarization" anymore

  • @Theoneandonly5811

Don't we all! Actually, my knees are getting sore!

  • @Theoneandonly5811

If the federal reserve had started AFTER the Great Depression, they couldn't have caused it in the first place. No, we have Woodrow Wilson to thank for the federal reserve act of 1913. Much like today, it's interesting to note that Wilson's biggest contributor to his campaign was also the one who sheparded the fed reserve act into being in the first place. I guess the more thing's change, the more they stay the same.

  • Plenty-BerkShares-Ithica Hours, all forms of some local currencies being accepted across the country. Some major country leaders (France-China-Russia-etc) have held a meeting where they discussed no longer recognizing the starting price of anything under what was the norm, the U.S. dollar. The U.S. dollar stood as the "world reserve". This is now dropping off big time! Some places in Mexico will no longer accept U.S. currency! This is why precious metals are still rising and will continue.

  • Is this shit for real?! Damn, the dollAr is gonna collapse any year now.

  • Love for the party love for the nation

  • Hey, I just wanted to comment on your video....I really like it and I have shared it with some of my firends on some of my social networking sites! NICE!!!!

  • THE DOLLAR HAS NO VALUE EXCEPT FOR EXCEPTION OK? YEAH BABYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

  • The Weimar Republic was after world war 1 not World War 2

  • Aren't we losing our freedoms too? So, now we can't buy anything and we are losing our freedoms? Is anyone pissed about this?

  • 44 trillion? I don't know where they fabricate these numbers. Does he mean consumer debt as well as government?

  • @baigandine No, he's talking about unfunded liabilities - social security, etc. The government doesn't use GAAP accounting. If you want to know how the U.S. corporate government keeps its books, think Enron on steroids. See the video "Corporation Nation" for more on this.

  • @407buddy CORRECT SIR THE RECESSION WAS A SCAM THE BANKS WERE ALL GOOD SO WAS THE CAR COMPANYS IT WAS ALL FAKE TRUST ME

  • @amcanmike only because we and other countries keep propping it up... that will soon go away as they can no longer manage the situation... unless hard measures are taken and we tighten the Govt. spending belt.

  • @singletreefilms AMERICA ALWAYS WINS DONT WORRY WE WILL ALWAYS RUN THE WORLD

  • @amcanmike what a joke. america is done, bankrupt. that is realy music to my ears. american imperialism is finally over

  • @singletreefilms If the dollar collapses what will be the next world currency? and who will be the next rulling state?

  • @amcanmike not when the fed gets done with it.

  • @amcanmike

    Not any more mate.

  • @amcanmike When compared to the dollar it obviously isnt. Its even looking suspect when compared to silver now and silver his HEAVILY manipulated.

  • @amcanmike That's because it's still the world reserve currency. Wait until it is depegged as world reserve currency and you lose de facto backing of oil it has from the petrol recycling agreements with OPEC. Then come back and tell us how much it's worth. You keep holding those dollars and I'll keep buying gold and silver. We'll see who wins, my friend. Unfortunately, this country is going to lose because people allowed the international bankers to create the Federal Reserve.

  • I listened to Robert Kiyosaki's advice on silver: "I believe this is the biggest investment anyone can make in the next 100yrs" I did my research and found an opportunity that has changed my life in 12 months. Take a look like i did.... Visit: goldsave.co/

  • Interesting how the Euro crisis was enabled by Goldman Sachs helping countries like Greece to fudge the numbers, making them eligible to join the EU.

Makes you wonder if the US banking system helped sabotage the Euro, protecting the dollars status as the reserve currency.

  • @AnnoyedDragon Nothing will stop the decline of the US dollar at this point. We simply have too much debt, and our financial system is simply too corrupt.

Our military is all that we have left, and even that's very ineffective.

  • Just as it's written. Clearly, trusting in riches is an invitation to calamity. It's gone to far. There will be no bringing the dollar back.

  • Refering to 2:09: There is another way to pay there debts though Plunder. The bible talks about a time when all the religions on earth will be banned and stripped of all there wealth compleatly (Rev chap 17-18). The destruction from this war on religion will be sudden and complet. The religions of the world are worth trillions and it is there wealth that may speed up the prophecy in revelation

  • Give me a break man no way in hell can we pay a 44 trillion dollar debt its impossible unless you create hyperinflation

  • @Zurround100 the 44 trillion number was before Obama, it's about doubled since then.

  • This man is very well informed. I'm impressed.

  • It's funny how pwoplw believe everything they hear. If the US dollar is so worthless then the next time you get paid as soon as you cash you check just take the money and burn it up, but no you won't because you need to pay bills and eat. If the US dollar is so worthless then why is the US sending millions and millions and millions to Israel each year. They are trying to get the people fearful. There is nothing wrong with the dollar, but there is something wrong with the economy.

  • @jatamode SPOT ON! The best time to buy gold was 2000 and since then we had experienced an inflationary period. Average Joe missed the opportunity and now they bought gold at all-time high price, when we are about to go into a deflationary period. Yet another classic example of "buy high, sell low" mentality. The next crisis will not be the collapse of US dollar but the burst of gold bubble.

  • Hong Gong FTW! Good vid, thanks for the upload

  • @407buddy OH MANN! jeje ill just barter my paintings. if the economy collapses, wont we just barter? im not too worried ill just stay away from big cities :)

  • That is BS. The Fed did not contract the amount of currency. The amount of debt collapsed. It's called deflation. Stock market collapses, that shaves some currency from circulation. House prices collapse, even more debt. Just about all asset classes collapse.

  • I suddenly have a new found respect for all those folks out there who like to flash their so called "bling" around lol! I have no love for gold per se, but lets face it, it's smart to get it while you can! I'm off to the hills, gold pan in hand!

  • Why does it take the end of the dollar to wake people up to this evil?

  • @MirageScience Complacency

  • we used to feed our own

  • Brains and good looks!

  • invest in sterling and euro to save your currency simples

  • @markjoachen bad advice! invest in storable food and water! the system is at some point in the very near future is going to completely colapse! you need to be able to eat.

  • @markjoachen Euro is about to collaspe as well my friend

  • @407buddy Your absolutely right, our elected officials are bought and sold by lobbists like so much cattle and our governments (local, state, and federal) are utterly and completely sick with corruption. There isnt a single Politician anywhere in this country deserving of our faith or trust and (especially if you were born to a poor working class family) the future looks bleak indeed.

  • @deepthunk sir, i would urge you to investigate a congressman from texas who has warned this country that this would happen for thirty years, and has never sold out, he's the last hope this country has for a real revolution.

  • @407buddy

Are you a stupid cunt or what? Naked shorting is selling a security you dont have, HFT is committing trades in a subsecond timeframe. The one has nothing to do with the other, man I cant stand bitches who lie and decieve because they were to lazy to google the facts!

  • @leonidas512 Wow that was a really high brow response, clearly were dealing with an intellectual power-house here *sic*. Remember its better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

  • @407buddy

High frequence trading is not a scam dimwit!

  • the problem is amaricans wher ignorant till now and now they blame it on others it's

the fault of the entier amarican population for ther stupid behavior

  • hmzjungs aus De? Bin total einsam wer hat lust zu schreibn

  • Sorry this video is so wrong since there are people think dollar going collapse every 10 which totally a lie. What do you think what make US dollar valuable gems, oil, & in the future Algae biofuel/diesel. In US we have oil in Alaska, diamonds in Crater of Diamonds State Park, Kelsey Lake Diamond Mine, gold mines everywhere in US, & sapphire in (Gem Mountain) and in the Missouri River near Helena, Montana. Also by the time US will become first to make Algae biofuel/diesel won't even need oil.

  • The Fed was buying their OWN BONDS back in 08!

As I shook my head in disbelief!

  • Right about gold but 3 years later the Euro is not going to be the world's currency - The dollar is still king, though Gold could be king in the future.

  • Even Euro is as good as dollar. The real thing is Gold and Silver.

  • I wonder was everyone will do if they pass that law that makes it illegal to hold more than $100 worth of gold like they did before in the 1930's ?

  • @redrightbear . Don't worry about what most Morons will do, Worry about Yourself getting in to metals RIGHT NOW. Lets see what the brainwashed masses who worship Government think of the Government when they lose everything!

  • @407buddy

    Hey

did you see where Sen Mike Pitts of S.C. is trying to make his states currency in gold and silver coins? At least they know the dollar is doomed, who knows? They just might pull it off. I know you cant make your own currency other than silver and gold but Im sure theres a loophole somewhere.

  • @407buddy

Yeah, I see they dumped 34.2 billion in treasuries today. Japan is doing the same thing only on a smaller scale. They will cause our interest rates to skyrocket by doing that and of course, they know that, so thats why they are doing it. Can we all say OUCH?

  • if they come door to door they'll come with metal detectors. I live near some woods. buy at least two guns. your going to need one in your house. hide the good one.

  • FOR THE REAL MENACE OF OUR REPUBLIC IS THIS INVISIBLE GOVERNMENT WHICH LIKE A GIANT OCTOPUS SPRAWLS ITS SLIMY LENGTH OVER CITY, STATE AND NATION... IT SEIZES IN ITS LONG AND POWERFUL TENTACLES OUR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS, OUR LEGISLATIVE BODIES, OUR SCHOOLS, OUR COURTS, OUR NEWSPAPERS AND EVERY AGENCY CREATED FOR THE PUBLIC PROTECTION...

    Theodore Roosevelt.

  • THE FEDERAL RESERVE OPERATES OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF CONGRESS AND MANIPULATES THE CREDIT OF THE UNITED STATES. IT IS THE LARGEST SINGLE CREDITOR OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THEY ARE ALSO THE PEOPLE WHO DECIDE HOW MUCH THE AVERAGE PERSONS CAR PAYMENTS ARE GOING TO BE, WHAT THEIR HOUSE PAYMENTS ARE GOING TO BE AND WETHER THEY HAVE A JOB OR NOT. Barry Goldwater.

  • WE HAVE IN THIS COUNTRY ONE OF THE MOST CORRUPT INSTITUTIONS THE WORLD HAS EVER KNOWN. I REFER TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE. THIS EVIL INSTITUTION HAS IMPOVERISHED THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES AND HAS PRACTICALLY BANKRUPTED OUR GOVERNMENT. IT HAS DONE THIS THROUGH THE CORRUPT PRACTICE OF THE MONEYED VULTURES WHO CONTROL IT. Louis T. McFadden. Most Americans have no real understanding of the operation of the international money lenders, the accounts of the fed reserve system have never been audited

  • WHOSOEVER CONTROLS THE VOLUME OF MONEY IN ANY COUNTRY IS ABSOLUTE MASTER OF ALL INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE... AND WHEN YOU REALISE THAT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS VERY EASILY CONTROLLED, ON WAY OR ANOTHER, BY A FEW POWERFUL MEN AT THE TOP, YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO BE TOLD HOW PERIODS OF INFLATION AND DEPRESSION ORIGINATE. James Garfield-1881. Assassinated weeks after making this statement.

  • IF ONE UNDERSTANDS THAT SOCIALISM IS NOT A SHARE-THE-WEALTH PROGRAM, BUT IS IN REALITY A METHOD TO CONSOLIDATE AND CONTROL THE WEALTH, THEN THE SEEMING PARADOX OF SUPER-RICH MEN PROMOTING SOCIALISM BECOMES NO PARADOX AT ALL. INSTEAD, IT BECOMES LOGICAL, EVEN THE PERFECT TOOL OF POWER-SEEKING MEGALOMANIACS. COMMUNISM OR MORE ACCURATELY, SOCIALISM, IS NOT A MOVEMENT OF THE DOWNTRODDEN MASSES, BUT OF THE ECONOMIC ELITE. Gary Allen, author.

  • so socialism is just a disguise for fascism which both parties are racing to get to. they killed mcfadden and made goldwater look like a nut job, so they didn't have to kill him and made it look like democracy was alive and working.

  • @hobieslug45

yep, poor McFadden, after two attempts, they finally poisoned him at a dinner function. Maybe the tea party will come up with an independant candidate? Where is Ross Perot when you need him?

  • THE FEDERAL RESERVE DEFINITELY CAUSED THE GREAT DEPRESSION BY CONTRACTING THE AMOUNT OF CURRENCY IN CIRCULATION BY ONE THIRD FROM 1929 TO 1933. Milton Friedman, Nobel Prize winning economist. During the great depression of 1929 40 BILLION DOLLARS SOMEHOW VANISHED IN THE CRASH. Joe Kennedy-a money changer- had 4 million dollars in 1929. SIX YEARS LATER IN 1935, THAT AMOUNT WENT TO 100 MILLION.

  • Very interesting quotes and so bold! Oh wait thats the all caps... Already pilfered the Gary Allen quote... well said! Thanks for posting thought provoking stuff and not being rude about it.

  • This stuff needs to be BOLD. The sheep need to wake up. This country is going DOWN and if the average joe doesnt get off his keister and open his mouth, he better start looking for a ride to China. The light at the end of the tunnel is a freight train.

  • @singletreefilms Do you still believe this crap?

  • @ DO SOMETHING THEN!spread organic heirloom food seed far and wide, its called"johnny appleseed economics"or"gorrila gardens",spread more organic food. wake up everyone,do your part!!?IF YOU ARE angry, get seed and make a organic revolution your way.SPREAD THE HEIRLOOM SEED EVERYWHERE TELL OTHERS! INCREASE THE FOOD SUPPLY RIGHT NOW WHILE WE GOT TIME!! GROW VERTICAL GARDENS IF YOU DONT HAVE THE SPACE! START NOW!

A PEOPLE IS ONLY AS STRONG AS ITS STOMACH!

tell 10 OTHER PEOPLE RIGHT NOW!

  • @kysmik

If the Fed contracted money supply that would increase dollar value. I could see prices of goods dropping to compensate, but when the shock cleared people would be better off with lower prices and more valuable dollar.

No, you must be wrong. There was runaway inflation in 29 due to govt easy money policy like now, causing big inflation. Safe haven was stock market which became a bubble. Collapse was destined but govt did not allow prices to self-correct as now, but now is worse.

  • @kysmik

I had read that reason Fed Reserve was formed was to control inflation/deflation by contracting money supply when there was inflation and expand/ease money when economy was expanding too rapidly.

Now Fed is doing the reverse because their agenda is to purposely destroy America, which they are succeeding very well. By 2013 we will be in the throes of GreatEST Depression Ever, our entire country will be in turmoil with civil wars, Revolution against govt, wars on foreign soil.

  • @kysmik Yes, the contraction was one of the primary causes - along with massive income tax increases by Hoover and the Smoot-Hawley tariff act. And FDR's spending made things worse as well. Now, Bernanke is focused on stopping a contraction. However, that fool doesn't realize that he's in a no-win scenario because the deflationary cycles are inevitable. Better to allow a depression than to destroy the currency by printing excess money to hyperinflation.

  • @WreakingHavoc1

so, let me ask you this: How long do you think it will be before we are no longer the reserve currency nation and then and only then, will Bernanke stop printing money. I understand it's much closer than any of us think?

  • @kysmik Well, Bernanke won't stop printing money then - he will have to print even more since China, Japan, etc. will stop buying treasuries at that point. This will be the most massive hyperinflation in history before it's all over. I think it will be within 4 years max - most likely within 2 years. There's been a change in currency every 30 to 40 years - this year is 40 years from Nixon's 1971 change. Study Mike Maloney, Richard Maybury, Jim Rogers and Marc Faber. They're all on youtube.

  • @WreakingHavoc1

So you think China and Japan will still accept USD in spite of the fact that they will be worthless?

  • @kysmik No, not after it plummets. They're going to get burned holding some of the treasuries, no doubt. But the Chinese have secretly been diversifying out of the dollar for quite some time. They're going to take a hit, and they know it, but they're still going to be poised to survive and move forward. That's what the new trade deals with Russia were about - there was no dollar amount assigned to the oil, etc. Both sides know it is going to be devalued, or become completely worthless.

  • the key to this was nixion getting us of the gold standard . I remember almost driving off the 59th st. bridge when i heard this. and every body thought that water gate was the worse thing nixon did . that was only politics as usual.

the only thing I disagree with this vid is the idea that going to war will make you richer. what ever you get out of a country will cost you 10 fold in military dollars .

  • this is a myth that the military complex started . the 2nd world war put us in dept . we had the greatest manufacturing base in the world. no one came close, so after the war we started selling every thing to every country . If you can make a profit by making a tank or battle ship and getting it blown up then why doesn't G.M. just destroy their cars when they come out of the assembly line. this is kind of like the broken glass falicy . It doesn't work

  • WWI-J.P. Morgan spent 10 million a day on war materials. The Rockefellers and the head of Pres Wilson's war industries board , Bernard Baruch each made 200 million dollars while American boys lost their lives on the front. 1929: Wall street giants J.P. Morgan, Joe Kennedy, J.D. Rockefeller and Bernard Baruch all MARVEL at how they got out of the stock market and put their assets into gold JUST BEFORE THE CRASH. THE FED WHO CAUSED THE CRASH OF 1929 WARNED THEM BEFORE THE MELTDOWN.

  • then after they make millions off wars they have the balls to tell you your taxes are going up to pay for the war the american people wanted ( like nam and iraq )

  • yeah war is just an other type of government subsidy for the super rich. fear and war are the best manipulating tools they possess. until they came up with the too big to fail scam.

  • Brilliant guy!

  • @bobgnote

    huh?

  • @kysmik, @bobgnote

    I agree... Huh?

  • @singletreefilms

Thank you for showing me how to reply to two people at once.

  • Obitchyouwary couldn't out-dive two more experienced Bush-pilots when Joe Plumber was on Debate III with an IQ of TWO for a half-hour, so Granny Maddie told Bam he was Kenyan, she died, and that's all I have to say about THAT. Shoulda dumped, but he gumped past Cosby and Bel Air, which tell him to STAY HOME, and leave Star Trek to the conventioneers, but NOOOOO. Now we wait for Disney to roll over and invent a new cartoon, for Mr.President, while planes, copters, and cars roll over, in 2011.

  • Hey Buddy

this is just a thought, but, what do you think China will do to us once we get done selling all those weapons to Tiawan? They start dumping U.S. dollars, and we are a steaming pile of doggy doo.

  • @407buddy The EU wont be around in 10 years.....even these conspiracy videos on Youtube from Jim Rogers and Roubini predict the EU will crumble

  • @407buddy Now I know you havent got a clue about what you are talking about

  • @407buddy One other thing dude.....the Eurozone as a political identity is very unstable and as a currency is becoming more and more unstable. Japan is in its 1s 19th year of recession. The problems you pointed out in the USA are NOT unique, as much of the EU is in similar or worse trouble.

  • Comment removed

  • @407buddy I too have traveled a lot.....and what are you basing your evaluation on as far as these countries having a higher standard of living.....I have a choice.....believe professional government employees or you....and for the life of me I can think of what you see in France or Germany or Japan that would lead you to believe they have a higher standard of living.....I could agree with a better lifestyle by choice....such as healthy foods, more exercise....etc...

  • @407buddy According to the World Health Organization the USA has the 3rd highest standard of living on the globe.

  • Any guess as to how much time we have left before Dollas collapses? How much silver is enough for 3 people? Junk silver worth buying or just bullion?

  • HOW WILL I FUEL MY V8

  • Jacobrester..you are right about China,,they have 1 billion poor People and the rest are Rich..and Guess what!!!! those rich People are the Politician..and guess what again!!! they will send them to WAR before they will have civil unrest...But as long as they have a good Economy for now..they will not do anything.

  • Where are they going to send them to war ?

  • Where's part two?

  • Make's perfect sense to me.

  • This is a theologically unsound statement. Jesus is not concerned with US currency values... only the hearts of human beings. The ebb and flow of the economy is not what defines God's Grace or Omnipotence. He is Good, period. We on the other hand, do suffer from the consequences of our actions and the results of our choices. Greed and foolish socialist policies begets an economy that is built on a weak structure... the Free Market must be allowed to work. Interfere, govt., at your peril.

  • @singletreefilms THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH IS COMING!

  • Jesus Christ is not the son of God. He is a Prophet. merely a man, who ate and slept.

  • @TheIxtlan Oh, you mean that guy who used a whip on the backs of the money lenders in the temple? Yeah, he'll save your money alright! By throwing it out the window!

  • @TheIxtlan if you trust in god with money, god will diversify your dollar

  • Prediction: USA will become the 3rd world!

    India/China richest!

  • That is not going to happen on either account, most likely... though there is always the possibility. Perhaps this is your fantasy but a rather untenable one. Will the US drop to 2nd world status... much more likely and within our reach far more quickly than most are willing to recognize. India/China richest? Can't see that happening.... so many factors they need to overcome first. But clearly they want to and will do almost anything to see it happen. Unfortunate and scary at the same time.

  • second world status means its a developed communist country, a term used to describe countries in the former eastern bloc

  • Prediction: USA will maintain its high standard of living....India and China will improve only slightly

  • True about S.of living..but, China's on its way to surpassing total GDP of the US(inevitable considering its 4 times as large)it may not get to per capita parity for a century but surpassing it in total #s will happen within a decade. I believe they were at 1/4 ppp GDP about 5 yrs ago...now at 50% US ppp GDP. Thats some scary gainage. With US $ heading south(and with it influence) China looks on its way to passing the US as more than just top olympic Gold winner. Sucks to accept, but true.

  • Don't buy into China being the huge super power overnight. It will be 50 years before their GDP excees the USA and it will do so only because they have 1.3 Billion people....of which.....1 Billion of them ar POOR. China faces severe civil unrest if their unemployment rate exceeds 8%, once again this is due to the fact they have 1 Billion poor people. This is why they may never call the notes the USA owes them.....it would cause havoc in their own society.

  • does this mean the prices of women will go up or down?

  • Now if you are referring to purchasing them then shame on you... I won't tolerate any suggestion of any form of slavery as I am a total abolitionist. If on the other hand you were being funny... good one. Women always cost you. They have an uncanny knack for transferring your $ form your hands into theirs and then into some shop owners pockets. Ha!

  • single , not buying them as in slavery, thats abominable!Just being funny as the cost of funding women has to be affected.Yah your right the shop keepers love it when you enter the door with gf in tow.Next time you do it notice their beaming face.

  • How can one not see what is right in front of their nose. I can name at least 10 credible financial, government and trends analysts all saying the same thing. Time to wake up.

  • I put a thumbs down, but it meant to be a thumps up!

Well said. This is simple, easy, and right there for anyone to observe, yet no one does anything, why? Government is in control of the system, ofcourse it will not change, unless they have literally no other option, even then better to institute martial law then admit defeat.

  • all fiat currency becomes a net value of zero. maybe soon china will pay us in gold for our valuable resources here in the u.s. maybe we have been wiating for this, have you tried to buy land in the south in the past 80 years? especially farmable? those rednecks would laugh in your face! land i.e. resource rich what do you think theyll tell china wene they ask for food with thier great yen? they will probably laugh in their faces aswell!

  • ultimately.

  • so -/. ww3

  • so what ?

  • I'm going into beer.

  • THAT is the best one yet... thanks for the laugh!

  • I feel sorry for Dollar even as European. I wish someday our currency in EU, the euro,to be equal with dollar again or at least... 1.2 dollars, because i deeply believe this is for interests of EU and USA simultaneously.

  • No need to get hostile bruh... I cannot figure out why YouTube won't let me change my settings to allow comments. Also, I have two requests of posters... no profanity and no rude or slanderous attacks ... even if you disagree with someone... I enjoy good debate and and solid positions on issues... I would appreciate you honoring those requests... I will remove this post and hope you will respond with some interesting insightful thoughts.

  • Of course a weaker currency is good for the countries that don't have a weak currency... You are right, others have been saying that things will collapse for decades... however there is a real and tangible danger of that now. Probably won't happen to the extent some say but it will be worse before it gets better. We do need to be concerned for our own currency and our gov't should stop spending and printing more.

  • Odumba is a very real threat to the dollar......but I don't believe he will collapse our economy

  • Wow, looks like I have to buy gold RIGHT NOW! The Dollar will be worthless, the end is near, duck and hide. Be scared now and cry for help! Go screw yourself, people. All it takes is bankrupt nation to sell some reserves and you gold buyers are all screwed, period. Even if all nations switched to a currency basket, the Dollar is still #2 right after the EURO and nothing else comes even close. I just cannot hear the stupid crap about worthless $ and toilet paper any more.

  • Of course some go too far... but there is validity in keeping an eye on this and taking advantage of upswings and downswings of any market or commodity... now is definitely a good time to be in the precious metals side of things... and that will swing in a few years and something else will be the wise move... what are you being wise about? Besides ... according to your assessment, there won't be any bankrupt nations to sell off gold so gold buyers won't be in that bad of a position after all.

  • If you got citizenship in a country...then you should help the country when it got difficult times....or lose the citizenship....the problem in the west today is that the elite think thet they are neutral.....

  • How do you define help? There are many who don't help and are not the elite... and many elite who do help in terms of much philanthropy and giving back to their local communities.

  • JIm Rogers are all over youtube about the blessings of China, and he live Singapore, but he keeps his American citizenship if his Asian adventure should go sauer. You will find British journalist on Aljezeera English reporting about minor problems in the West, and at the same time they work for a dictator who don`t know the difference between his own money and the money of the country....and the British journalist keeps his/her British citizenship. I do agree with what is being said in this video.

  • "liqudity" = counterfeiting

  • What i got from this presentation is, don't pay me in u.s. currency anymore because the euro is stronger.

  • Philosophically, perception seems a viable basis for the question... however, Gold, silver and other commodities are definitive in quantity and therefore do not suffer as much from perception as currencies do it seems to me. Certainly negative or positive marketing has an effect on tangible assets but the dollar, for example, is no longer backed by tangibles, can be printed in whatever quantities
