I love the way Elizabeth cackled when Lily Tomlin opened her shirt to reveal the fake "chest hair" to her. I believe Michael wasn't too enthused because he always had a distaste for cross dressers. Elizabeth just slapped him on the leg to encourage him to laugh and have fun with it.
