Also I love the people who think that after they've acted like such a huge asshole that the cashier cares if they never shop there again. Hah, we're one of the most massive retailers in the country. We've tried to be nice and your behaviour is appalling! Please don't come back!

2. people who have been either been evicted and can't get enough money to put a deposit and utilities fee for an apartment together
3. they are having a home built and for one reason or another it's taking longer than anticipated
I work in Tesco. Which is like the major Retailers of Britain and damn customers can be SOOOO ANNOYING. For me it is the customers that place things wherever the hell they feel like it that annoy me the most. Like Y the HELL would u place a Raw, Or Cooked, Chicken/Meat in the fruit and veg section or like y go all the way to the other side of the store and go *feck it I dont want it now and leave ur basket* >< lol

The best thing about retail when people speak to you like you're stupid... then go on to unable to read the name of the product they want, after pointing at curved glass from the other side of the counter and grunting, they proceed to be angry with you for being unable to read minds... Oh and when (otherwise nice) Americans are surprised to find that you don't accept american money only Australian.

My favorite of course was working at CVS and all the customers who would walk in, walk all the way to the pharmacy, and then come back and whine about me about the pharmacy being closed. I would simply direct them to the three HUGE, RED signs on the front doors that have the pharmacy hours on it. And every once in a while you would get the douche who would insist you go into the locked pharmacy and get their prescription for them. Really, dude?

Kids are literally the worst thing about retail, I was changing some of the bulbs on the floor the other day (suspended 5 feet in the air by a ladder) and some little brat was running around shaking the ladder and I yelled at him, the parent demanded to talk to a manager for "hurting her son's feelings"
@tlund10 I agree with you there about kids being the worst . After a month-long remodel of our store some woman came with her kid-she looked around 5- at about 3am & let the kid wander around alone. When we came upon the kid, she had gone down every back aisle with bottles of nail polish and tons of lipstick, and had dumped the nail polish all over our 2 day old carpet, and drawn all over all the shelves with lipstick. Her mother, of course, had nothing to say about it.
omg 1:50 is TOTALLY what i deal with EVERY damn day!! "uhh this says $23 but it was in the $9.99 shelf" uh do i give a crap its $23!!!! and those parents with their damn kids!!! ugh i cant wait to quit!
