  • Holla! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate got great 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Oh hai! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got really defined Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

  • I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training.

  • i realized in these couple of month that managing time can really make a difference.   • i weigh 150 pounds..but why is it so hard for me to lose just 20 pounds. i exercise from time to time. i eat 3 times a day, the least is 2. sometimes i try to fast as well. but it's still not working for me :(

  • A good rule of thumb to go by is whatever you want to weigh (130 lbs.), just multiply that by 10 and that's the amount of calories you should consume daily. So for you, that would be 1300 cal. Eat every 2 hours and stop eating at 6pm. Exercise 3 x per week for 20 minutes. Don't starve yourself. Hope this helps.

  • What if you're overweight though? I weigh 225 lbs, so does that mean I should eat 2250 calories?

  • no no no if you ate that many calories a day you would gain weight unless you are doing extreme exercise. im 194LBS and i eat less than 1000 calories a day. i have shrank my stomach so that i cant eat alot. im loosing weight every week. at

    leaset 5 lbs a week. i eat lean meat and veggies. 100% juices and low fat dariy

    very little sugar, carbs and no alcohol. my mom lost 40lbs in 10 weeks doing the same thing.

  • Hahaha ok I thought so. I'm doing better now with my diet though. I don't eat that much junk food at all, and I rarely drink, which I was trying to cut down on anyways.

  • No, you eat your desired weight times 10. I personally feel that 1000 calories a day is not quite enough for an average sized adult. Most people probably shouldn't eat fewer than 1200 calories a day for an extended period of time. There is scientific data on this. Just google it.

  • Hey, i can't eat 6 meals a day, I don't know why, but i cannot eat 6 meals a day. I'd rather eat the conventional, traditional 3 times a day. I also take whey-protein, i follow a high protein, low-carb diet. I do have an occasional cigarette and coffee too to control hunger and boredom

  • Thank you so much. V8 is tomato/vegetable juice. I am in the United States, I'm not sure if they sell them where you're located. A low calorie vegetable juice drink would be a great alternative. Thank you for posting.

I am rewatching you cuz I feel like I need a kick in the butt...I have been watching my food intake(not calling it a diet, lol)since the end of feb and have only lost 30 pounds.
