So alerting them one way or another is meaningless as they still have a choice. The other thing that needs to be addressed is the fact that the limit for being "under the influence" is FAR far too low. It should be raised drastically to at least 1.4

@eajjoutlaw As it stands now, the law allows for people to turn away from DUI stops, including drunk drivers if they so wish. So alerting them one way or another is meaningless as they still have a choice. The other thing that needs to be addressed is the fact that the limit for being "under the influence" is FAR far too low. It should be raised drastically to at least 1.4
As it is now .08 in california if I have more than 1 beer in an hour, I could technically be arrested + Im a big person.

All current police things could still apply, just less tasering +shots to the head of innocents. Less shooting in the back when someone is running away. I'd like to see the bean bags or spider man web thing implimented more. Why don't we see those anymore? We also don't need wrist cutting steal handcuffs, at the very least retrofit with rubber inseam.
