wow...car does sound terrible and honestly, my opinion is it all depends on the x pipe you use. i love the sound of my car and its much louder then any stinger s197 i've come accross the past couple years...then again, you're entitled to your opinion but each pipe gives a different sound. typically the 5.0's, cause you can almost tell exactly what pipe and the company who made it

I've never thought flowmasters sound good on the S197 and this vid did nothing to change my opinion. It is just my opinion though to each his own.

flowmaster mufflers already have that high pitched tiny sound that the x pipe makes.. Adding the x to flowmaster is a no no.. That system would sound killer with an h or prochamber

bull shit type in 99 mustang gt exhaust look for the top one a white gt with flowmaster super 44s and off road x and tell me it sounds wrong i have the same set up as him on my 99 and it sounds mean

Oh hell ya that sounds sick. Props on your exhaust if it sounds like that. What I forgot to add was that, that combination on 3V engines sounds horrible. That's a combo made for 4V engines. The 3V need an O/R H-pipe not an X-pipe.

yeah i totally agree with you and that was a shitty magnaflow short x pipe and it did sound like shit almost sounded like a v 6 trying to make it sound like a v8 but i see where you come from and yeah im about to post a video up soon on it and i will let ya know

i agree...i've found that pretty much any oval muffler sounds best with either an H-pipe or just straight pipe....X-pipes sound the best with glasspacks or round mufflers
