You're not in the position to call any country war mongers, have you forgotten Pakistan's history? You massacred East Pakistani/Bangladeshi students, teachers and other professionals, and committed systematic genocide against them.
Pakistan then played dirty by conducting air strikes against Indian airfields.
At the end of the war 90,000 Pakistani soldiers surrendered, and Indian troops had to escort them out of Bangladesh.
