  • wasn't looking to make a public claim...

  • Interesting, shame you didn't make the recording known and admissible.

  • Great video, using this for class!

  • @DiegoAlfaro49 I would say both are at fault..

  • I sounds like the officer was looking for cause (empty can on it`s way be recycled) ... but color cannot hide her comments. The individual was acting unreasonable in some ways.

  • Haul this jokers ass in . yes these officers did not identify themselves .

Speeding with open liquor in the car , yet plays the victim . Another you tube Douche.

  • if you dont have a record no one can help you....

  • Multi-disciplinary attack teams in Alberta are any person who is involved in a government of Alberta sponsored or public service.Ethical people are forced out or ignored. Alberta courts are aware of the assaults on child complainants but take no action to protect them.Once a member attacks a child or has abused them the others spring to the defense of the offender.

  • When a complaint is made againstchild attackers at an ARM team or their relative, offenders in Crisis Unit teams have the family assaulted and attempt to discredit witnesses. To prevent attacks go directly to a lawyer & have a written complaint drawn up notarized against any Cross Ministry team POLICE / TEAM or politician. False reports & false witness + a terroristic attack against the complainant is done by multi-disciplinary members. Abuse of child complainants & retaliation is ongoing.

  • Alberta Response Model refuse to identfy themselves or provide a badge number. BLITZ attacks against complainants the offenders have the family of their victims attacked terrorized and assaulted by team members +Attacks on child witnesses by ARM offenders acting against complainants. Attacks begin when a complaint of child abuse against an officer or ARM members, their family & friends is made. A series of assaults by teams false allegations against adult witness complainant & the child victim.

  • My fucking god, that pissed me off. I hate when officers of the law don't understand that they MUST IDENTIFY THEMSELVES IF THEY ARE ASKED TO.

  • @DejectedAlive he who sleeps on his rights has non. The person was violated and received a bill for violation of the traffic act... under a license contract that the person agreed to. But the RCMP apologized for the unlawful detainment...

  • @DejectedAlive So what will the law recognize. Where do you want to stand. Most likely you will be at LAW or a Statute. Form a trust and you will be in Equity. After you maybe outside of the law (if you can show no remedy at law) This will not work with an officer.... but if you have a record of the formation of a trust that the law will recognize... then you can get them for breach of trust.... Use your name as trust res property and Grant it in trust to the officer...for your benefit.

  • @DejectedAlive That is sad to hear. Not all police are like this and looking back i can see how my actions maybe unfounded... but at the time I was trying to ascertain if ID was required by the RCMP. In fact it is not unless you have an honest belief that the person isn't an officer. If this is the case you can act in good faith but the officer has a duty to preform. Police can be charged for failure to preform a public trustee duty... so find out what those are and enforce... it.

  • I see you being a dick and RCMP doing their job thats about it. You can call it a breach on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom but seriously you knew they were the RCMP.

  • @godstrikez Brainwashed monkey, this is an obvious violation, an the police should be able to show identification immediataly.

  • @DeepRootsFilms dude i study law and i know this is a violation. However, look at this with common sense people are doing this more and more, where they are abusing the charter of rights and freedom. Do you truly think, the person in the video really don't know if the officer is a real RCMP or not?

  • @godstrikez One way to influence people into believing you are legitimate is to dress official and talk official. Doesn't matter if you are legitimate most people don't think twice. The U.S. government does this everyday. With that in mind I think it's ok to do what this man did by asking for I.D. It shouldn't be a bid deal at all, Here's my badge number, I'm based in ------ and this is my name, or however a police proves themeselves. I don't even know and that's the problem, lack of education.

  • @DeepRootsFilms Your argument is valid but lets look at this case specifically. I highly doubt an imposter would pull a person over to give them a speeding ticket.

  • @godstrikez well that's fine, I highly doubt I'll die from playing hockey but that doesn't mean you don't wear a helmet.

This is concerning is because of the standard it sets, and it has the potential to lead to vast abuses or misuses of power. It's already so obvious in society the abuse that police are performing on the people at non-violent rallies and such. I already feel we have slipped part of the way down a slippery slope and that it is crucial now for people to know their rights

  • @godstrikez It does happen. It happenedd in my city. The guy got caught when he pulled over an off duty police officer and tried to give him a ticket. Other victims came forward.

  • charter of rights and freedoms for the invisible and or otherwise completely non-existant persons, now what charter did you say the RCMP was violating?

  • yes the police have to ID themselves with a badge number, which is what u should have asked for...BUT u DO NOT have the right to resist arrest even if it is an unlawful arrest (R. v. Biron) + random DUI stops are allowed under section 1 (R. v. Hufsky) and further more once stopped anything in plain view that may warrant a search of the vehicle or person is valid (R. v. Clayton)

  • @pascualfootage

For sure... but the well established principle that any statute which impinges on the liberty of the subject should be strictly construed against the Crown; see Bowditch v. Balchin, (1850) (R v, Biron)

Sorry to say but your statements are misleading. Biron 1) breached the peace 2) resisting arrest after being transfered form one constable to another and therefore is obstructing that officesr duties...

Stand for you right and hope you know your stuff and have record also...

  • i do not think you will win a s. 9 or s. 8 challenge.

  • what about the 16 year old girl in red deer alberta that was raped by an impostor officer? was she told about id? i think not...

  • I agree..i have alot to learn....but you have to start some time

  • I think it was rather silly asking them for ID as that just agrovated them. I think you better learn more about civil rights and how ,when and where to exercise them.

  • There is good and bad in everything and that includes the Police. People need to know what is happening in today's society. Watch" Dr Colin Ross on C.I.A mind control" What he states dates back to the 1950's what these secret societies are doing today are crimes against humanity. Telepathy is real and is being used by these secret societies to undermine our civil rights. For example they can share our medical records in this manner. Learn the real truth. Peace out.

  • Ha!Ha!Ha!Ha!This country is a circus and the police are the court jesters, they are outright liars and very stupid! As to the Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms, that's the biggest joke of all!I been through false arrests[videotaped 1 of them],then do complaint to'k' division,Ha!ha!Ha!Ha!That was an even bigger joke! What do you expect when they"investigate thgemselves!????What a sick country!!

  • Good video. You do have a slurry type of speech, and the beer can is kinda meh, but good for you to stick up for yourself.

Did you take them to court?

  • @JohnnieNaked

I wrote a letter to authority genera for alberta and BC with the recording.they said they can do nothing..I was unable to travel to BC..and the province of alberta name was convicted. i think they have a trust relationship and their for should have taken care of this matter for me...

  • your speeding ? open beer can ?

if your auto is registered then you dont own it and it may require a dl (commercial licence) under the mv act to operate it in public:

The police officers are supposed to have an oath of office that they must present to properly Id themselves ,failing to do this is impersonating an officer , a serious offence!

  • i agree...but if you look i contracted and gave up my position.

  • just to make another point this happen to a friend he was brought in for questioning held and when he got home someone broke into his place took all his cash ,turns out the building manager let them in.they where cops, they also left two hand guns ,bullets a tray full or herion and what was under hlf o kilo of crack....fyi this happen YEARS ago ive changed now and i try to better my own and others lifes now where i once destroyed

  • this is gonna sound fucked up but i just a thought you should know, k when i was younger (and alot dumber) i use to sell crack and herion drive around all day , well it got to the point i was well known to police(coquitlam) then i started to get the random "fuck you pullovers" which usually involves me being pulled over given a speech like (your gonna slip, we know what your doing etc.) until conts.evan todd started pulling me over. then i just started getting robbed by police.

  • this is awesome!

  • OK you can say fuck the police but 5 minutes later they might be saving your life jackass.

I still can't understand under the circumstances why she didn't provide her identification.

  • i agree these people are the first ones to save us...and the first ones to take away our rights as humans... double edged sword if you ask me.

  • Because they are power monsters! They don't like being told what to do, only to tell others what to do!

  • I was trespassed against... arrested ....handcuffed...and never told my rights...never told i could talk to a lawyer.... i told the female she violated my charter rights ...she didn't think so... my private vehicle was searched... glove compartment opened... wallet taken... after they said sorry and i have that on tape..... only if i am willing to waste 3 years of my life fighting for justice....is it really worth fighting for?

  • Du‑Lude v. Canada, 2000 CanLII 16085 (F.C.A.), [2001] 1 F.C. 545 awarded $10,000 for charter breach

  • Miller v. Stewart, [1991] O.J. No. 2238 (Gen. Div.) (QL) awarded $10,000 for charter breach Davidson v. Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Ltd. reflex, (1999), 170 D.L.R. (4th) 559 (Ont. Gen. Div.) for charter breach $35,000, aggravated damages $50,000 and punitive

    damages $125,000

Cunningham v. Welsh, [1984] O.J. No. 939 (S.C.) (QL), who suffered partial permanent disability in one arm as the result of excessive force used by police officers, received $25,003 in general damages.

  • In order to assess the gravity of a charter breach, a number of factors must be considered. They may be summarized as follows:

    was the violation inadvertent or committed in good faith or was it wilful, deliberate and flagrant;

    was the violation serious or merely of a technical nature;

was the violation motivated by a situation of urgency or necessity

  • they also took a breath sample from me..under protest...

  • haha.. cop needs a back up to give a speeding ticket.. wat a joke.... fuck the police

  • although unlikely, for all she knew themanross could have gotten violent. Also calling for backup provides a witness to the situation.

  • you are right... argue and you are in dishonor... next time i would things differn't
