  • this guy is fken hilarious!

  • This is pretty much how the Tea Party was margainalized and delivered to the Republican establishment, RR, and I appreciate the great background info (for your most recent video on this phony liberty organization). You've got an excellent body of work, generally speaking, I'm enjoying kind of perusing the old RRs.

  • I used to like Lee, but ever since CEI came into the picture, he started selling out. He's not a true libertarian he's another neo-conservative, defending Palin, McCain, Hannity, Limbaugh, and Bush. He doesn't share his views on foreign policy and drug war to please his neocon audience (he's probably changed them by now), he is a monetarist, and he supports our current relationship with Israel. He openly cheer-leads for the GOP, how the hell can he a libertarian?

  • Lee Doren's just a CEI plant fucking up bureaucrash. It's just an excuse for CEI to promote its "economic freedom is the only kind that matters" propaganda. He's not a true liberty activist by any stretch! Hell, he doesn't even believe in free speech on HIS OWN CHANNEL! I got blocked just for criticizng the guy. and apparently blocked from the bureaucrash channel as well.

  • State government is enough government. We need to eliminate the fed. They are no longer necessary. In fact they are a nuisance and an inconvenience. We don't have to pay them for permits (permissions) to drive or to modify our houses or anything. Why should we? They are keeping most of it for themselves and giving the rest away to those that didn't earn it. We have our unalienable rights already, endowed by our creator. Who the hell named them master?

  • lol HTWW is a cheating, lying piece of crap. The sad part is some libertarians are falling for his con.

There goes the movement morphing back to the republican part :(

  • The Libertarian Party has never before had such a huge opportunity to increase it's numbers, as they do right now.

People are disgusted with the Dem & Rep Parties...and are looking for a Party that represents their views.

    Inclusiveness will win the day.

  • He is Funny & Some what informative.

    DEO VINDICE!

  • You know, the thing is we have a system that can be corrected by the people. We do have a fed gov that needs money, yes it has gotten out of hand no doubt but as citizens we need to work together to get it back in line. I appreciate what you do but I believe we need to do it while working within the system. Best Wishes !!!

  • Lee Doren: Zionist plant, or outright zionist

  • Seriously? Zionist? Goddamn I hate anti-Semites.

  • well sure you do, after all the years of mental conditioning....

It's not wrong to be unfriendly to an alien minority, who is supremacist by definition, and has undue influence and control over your institutions.

  • nice pic of Bob Barf

I still can't believe anyone wanted that tool as the nominee........

  • A primary component of New world American republicans is that they infuse biblical dogma with libertarian idealogy. This combination,in practic,is contradictive and has failed for them. Now trying to covertly-hijack and convert other organizations seems to be their mode of operation.Forces of culture/social change are negating their value and they will not leave without a fight.

  • Like most people i think he's just trying to find the best method for freedom. This can often result in inconsistency in large organisations as Ridley pointed out.

However he's adopting a point which we all feel something about; when is breaking the law not 'opting out' but stealing. His main mistakes i making this point without suggesting a more appropriate method of opting out. I would suggest he update his idea of law from studying common law.

  • I have been a Libertarian since 1982 and yet because I consider myself a limited government Libertarian. I have been called a Republican or a Neo-Con by the Anarchist elements within the party. And this is because I still see user fee forms of government acceptable, like the roads. Don't support any US military occupation or foreign bases, taxes or other big government programs. Support the decriminalization of drugs and the end to the vast majority of Federalism and regulations.

  • I see some of these new Libertarians as having potential not as evil immigrants to Liberty. I honestly believe some are sincere just still struggling with the issues. And I anticipate I will feel this way when disaffected Democrats look toward Libertarianism.

  • Agreed. I have met quit a few "Democrats" so completely disillusioned with that party, looking for something that even resembles the liberal ideals they remember from their youth.

It's the Republicans I have problems with most. The talk a good line, then vote for the next pop in jay who promises to be hard on crime, but easy on the criminals on Wall Street.

  • Dave, do you have a chat that you use at all?? Please message me and let me know. Keep on man!!!!

  • Ah, another "Libertarian" in the mold of Glenn Beck.

It isn't that the group got too big, it's that Federalists are a well organized, well funded enemy that will do their best to infiltrate, buy-off, take over, disband, and fragment real libertarian groups.

The next phase in their escalating assault on increasingly effective freedom-lovers is to call libertarian-minded people terrorists and criminals. Beck and Doren have both participated in the beginning of this phase.

  • HowTheWorldWorks (Lee Doren) is pretty much the definition of a Neocon.

I wasn't even familiar with Bureaucrash until I heard the recent news that Mr.Doren was their new spokesman (or whatever his title is). In all honesty, I had difficult time taking bureaucrash seriously knowing that they had chosen Mr. Doren to be their spokesperson.

  • Hey, Dave! Why are you picking on Lee? ;)

  • Bureautrash

  • Lee Doren is youtube user HowTheWorldWorks

  • Man, I went to his profile and saw the avatar, and I was like, "That guy!?"

He is a nutcase. I hate people who pretend to be a libertarian, yet also want a neconservative foreign policy and big government social policy.

  • why do you have a puppet that looks like dishonest abe? is it cause hes the king of unconstitutional taxes?

  • Henry David Thoreau

  • Rock on Ridley! CATO-sponsored "libertarians" are fascist liberal repuglicans in disguise. SCREW'em Koch Industry funded hacks.

  • Neocons dress up as conservatives then "convert" to libertarianism.

Then they pollute legitimate libertarian groups.

It could be a planned conspiracy of some kind, but I have more of a tendency to believe its just how evil works.

The neocons failed to hold power so they simply stepped back and tried to reorganize under a different banner.

Since they stand for nothing, they naturally migrated towards the freedom movement.

  • No. The Republican party (neocons if you will) hijacked the party. Many Libertarians are disenfranchised conservatives. I predict that the newcomers to the Libertarian party will now be disenfranchised Democrats.
